Refunds and Returns Policy
At American Safety and Firehouse, we stand behind the quality of our products and the service we provide. If something’s not right with your order, we’re here to help.
General Returns
If you need to return an item, you can do so within 15 days of purchase. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note:

- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

- Shipping and insurance are not refundable.
Sale Items
All items marked as sale are final sale—no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Refurbished Goods
Refurbished items can be exchanged only—no refunds. Exchanges are limited to the same product type and are subject to availability.
How to Start a Return
To start a return or exchange, contact us at amsaf@americansafetyandfire.com or 770-441-3473 with your order number and details. We’ll guide you through the process.
We pride ourselves on service, and our goal is to make sure you feel confident in your purchase. If you have any questions, we’re here to help.
Once we have authorized the return, you will be responsible for shipping the items back to us. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise. Send your return to:
