Terms and Conditions

Americansafetyandfire.com will refund or exchange any product that is currently offered which is in unused, salable condition and in the original packaging. Opened items can be exchanged for same item only.

Returns must be made within 30 days after the date of purchase. Items which have been washed or worn cannot be returned.

Shipping costs will not be paid by Americansafetyandfire.com when returning an item due to purchaser regret. The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Special order items or items that have been customized or modified in any way from the original condition at the request of a customer cannot be returned for credit or exchange unless the return is related to an error by Americansafetyandfire.com.

Products sold as Clearance items are sold-as-is and cannot be returned.

If returning the product for any reason, please call Americansafetyandfire.com Customer Care at (770) 441-3473 to obtain return authorization and the return shipping address.

Once a the return authorization been obtained please follow these steps:

  1. Complete the return form provided by Americansafetyandfire.com Customer Care.
  2. Ensure the original packing slip accompanies all returns or include the original order number.
  3. Securely pack the item.
  4. Ship the package (trackable delivery only) to the address given to you by Americansafetyandfire.com Customer Care.

Any returns without a Return Authorization will not be accepted. Refunds are issued via original payment type after the return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse any return.
