Precautionary Measures

As a Critical Infrastructure Supplier, AMSAF remains open and operational in accordance with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) as a source of critical emergency supplies for Law Enforcement, Public Safety and First Responders – one of the 16 critical infrastructure sectors needed to operate as a country during COVID-19.

AMSAF’s main office and warehouse are open for business, but we are limiting the number of people in and out of the facility. Our office functions are now largely remote, but we are continuing to ship and process orders over the phone and through our website.

Our customers should not expect to see any major drop off in quotes, order processing and product research. We are continuing to see longer than normal lead times on in-demand respiratory products and PPE. Other product lines have seen very little disruption in the supply chain.

American Safety and Fire House will be here for our customers. If you have any needs, call, email or visit the website and submit a quote.

As for our Scott SCBA Service Center, we have suspended on-site repairs and fit/flow testing for the next two weeks. We are accepting SCBAs into our Doraville facility. Please call if you plan to pick up or drop off air packs for repair.

We are following the recommendations and directives of all governing authorities and the various leading health agencies providing guidance through this crisis, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

A company is only as good as their commitments.

AMSAF’s commitment to our country’s first responders is second to none, because ultimately we share in their responsibility to serve and protect the good people of this great country.
